Winery "Villa Vinifera" is located in the picturesque village Brestovitza near Plovdiv. Built in the distant 1936 "Villa Vinifera" still retains its original appearance.

It consists of overground compartment for processing and fermentation, section for young wines, a distillery and cellar room, which is a located deep underground, providing year-round optimum condition for the wine to become mature. These conditions include constant temperature and humidity.

Production and storage take place only in wooden containers:

• Winepresses for fermentation are with volume of 1400 to 25 000 litres

• Oak casks with a capacity of 225 to 5180 litres

The total capacity of the wine cellar is 480 000 liters per year.

"Villa Vinifera" winery has its own vineyards and sorts: Muscat, Chardonnay, Traminer, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, San Dzhoveze and Mavrud.

Although the classic type of production, “Villa Venifera” is not turning its back to the technological innovations. The winery uses modern equipment, combined with all-natural products, which are necessary for production and leave its imprint on the character of the wine.
