With its own stand wine cellar Villa Vinifera takes part in the International Exhibition of Vine and Wine - Winery 2008, Plovdiv. The cellar has presented itself with its wine collections “King's Wine” - red and white wine (vintage 2007) and the hugely popular Rose of Mavrud.

For the first time in Bulgaria, wine cellar Villa Vinifera organized "Master Class" - "Defile of Mavrud" within the "Winery 2008". In addition to the unique wines from the cellar variety Mavrud which were presented, it brought in leading Bulgarian and international experts in the field of viticulture, wine making, sommelier art, marketing and medicine for the place of Mavrud on the world market. The healing properties of wine and how it affects human health were discussed. Along with the theoretical part, the guests had the opportunity to taste and evaluate six harvests of indigenous variety.

Due to the increased interest, wine cellar "Villa Vinifera" organizes "Master Class" - "Defile of Mavrud” in the same format in different towns in Bulgaria. The first event was held on 17.04.2008 in Sofia, in association with the Bulgarian Wine Society, in the restaurant of the year for 2007 - "Gourmet Club-Classic.
