Dessert wine made from grapes left on the vines until the first snow falls. Time in which the water from the grain evaporates and it becomes staphylococcal. This grape is collected very carefully, pressed and from the scarce sweet juice we make a dessert wine, bearing the character of Mavrud of raisins. Obtains wine with a rich aroma of dried sweet fruits, grapes, citrus, with nuances of aromatic dried herbs and nuts in honey. Ideal combination for desserts, coffee, cold fruits, blue and hard yellow cheeses.
