Young, juicy wine in the style of “barrel”. Opaque, with dark red colour with violet and brownish shades and velvety luster. The aroma features blueberries and blackberries, red pepper, black pepper, vanilla. The taste is dense, soft, with a slight tartness, balanced freshness. Harmonious long aftertaste with a slight spiciness and jam aromas. Suitable for dark meats, bakery foods, white and yellow cheeses. The grapes for this wine come from our vineyards to the village of Zlatitrap

Description

Young wine of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, from the land of Zlatitrap. Vinified by classic technology entirely in wooden vessels, the wine has great potential to develop both in the bottle and in oak barrels. The aroma is multi-layered, mainly of black fruits such as blueberries and blackberries. There are clear notes of spices – black pepper, paprika and chilli. The wine is dense with a pleasant freshness, with good potential for survival both in a bottle and in a barrel. It should not be combined with spicy dishes, i.e. with spicy cuisine.
